Purpose
This course is designed to help you awaken compassion for yourself and that, in so doing, you can live a fuller, more meaningful life for yourself and others.

The MSC Curriculum is designed to move participants from a conceptual understanding of mindfulness and self-compassion to a felt sense of those concepts, and to provide tools for evoking mindfulness and self-compassion in daily life and making this evocation a habit.

Recovering from Narcissistic Relationships with Mindfulness and Compassion
Purpose
This is a group for individuals who have been, or currently are, in relationship with someone who is narcissistic. This could be a family member, coworker, or partner.
Program structure
It meets weekly for 8 weeks for 90 minutes. In-depth information is presented on narcissistic personality and relationship dynamics. Most importantly, it is about how we can recover. Mindfulness and self-compassion help us in the process of gaining insight, maintaining emotional balance, and reclaiming your life.
